ERSS is established to provide help desk services to subscribers on behalf of Hearne Scientific, distributors of the CSIRO software package AccuRate. We also provide a CD based training package available through Hearne Scientific as a stand alone package or as part of the Premium Maintenance program.

ERSS does not guarantee that all information about the AccuRate software and its application to all building regulations is complete and correct. We aim to keep the training up to date and relevant to the Building Regulatory Authority requirements in each jurisdiction. Users are advised to check for specific variations and requirements set down by their local regulatory authority. In particular we can not guarantee that all lists of rules for zoning and the like are correct at all times.
