AccuRate Support is being offered at two levels: Standard Maintenance and Premium Maintenance. Details of these services are given on the Hearne Scientific website at http://www.hearne.com.au/products/accurate/

Standard Maintenance is provided only via email, and all problems will be attended to within 4 working days after receipt of the email request (requests by fax will only be accepted from members without internet access). When registered for Basic Maintenance, you will receive regular notices by email of new upgrades and changes to the software along with our newsletter: "AccuRate Tips ‘n’ Tools". In addition, you will be informed of new custom library files, which you can download from the members' area of this site.

Premium Maintenance will provide training and operational guidance to subscribers, in addition to the services provided in Standard Maintenance. Premium Maintenance provides a copy of the CD based training package, and ongoing training in new features and issues raised in the use and operation of AccuRate.
